Justice & Empowerment Practitioner
Thank you for your interest in our Justice & Empowerment practitioner position. This year has seen for the first time, arts and culture organisations in Plymouth & Devon beginning conversations around systematic oppression and Beyond Face has been called on to support. This new role supported by The Paul Hamyln Foundation will help Beyond Face ensure that the spaces and relationships we work with are safe for us to be in. This is a new role and therefore will evolve over time with the learning from the work being delivered.
This role has been designed bespoke to that of Beyond Face and the location and environments that we work in. We hope that the person who applies for this position will view this as something creative and feel that they are able to bring their own unique offer to us and help us shape this role for longer then the advertised post.
We have researched and designed this role with support from our advisory board and people specialist within this area to examine exactly what we need this role to achieve for us as a company.
Please see below the link to our recruitment pack. If you have any questions please do not hestitate to get in touch with us and as mentioned in the pack we will be hosting a Q&A webinar in January for those of you interested in the job,.
We look forward to receiving your applications.
