Beyond Face Partnerships Statement

As a busy creative organisation we need to choose our partnerships with care & consideration. We want to ensure that people are wanting to work with and alongside us as opposed to ‘helping’ us or ‘taking’ from us.

With 10 years of proudly centering Global Majority artists with an exciting vision for the future we want to ensure our partnerships are fuelled by our values, mutual benefits and equity. We thrive on joyful and creative spaces for collaboration. 

We are open to new partnerships as well as continuing to develop our current. Over the years a lot of harm has been caused through bad practice, behaviour and negligence.

Please when you approach us for any partnerships working:

• View the work that we do with joy and excitement not begrudgingly or with dread.

How you would approach this relationship equitably. Asking yourself, what are the existing power dynamics between us and how might we seek to address them in the first instance?
How you will join us in platforming people of the Global Majority in the South West.
