Dom Jinks is a cultural strategist and creative industries leader with nearly three decades of experience shaping programmes, partnerships and place‑based innovation across the UK. He is the Managing Director of The Foundry, Derby’s new film performance and production campus, and serves on the National EDI Board for Creative UK, helping to guide sector‑wide equity and inclusion.
