Hattie De Santis is a Producer and General Manager specialising in inclusive, people-led projects that push boundaries, bring joy, and champion social change. Based in Bristol, Hattie's work focuses on community-centred theatre and large-scale event production, creating accessible processes and platforms that amplify local voices and drive genuine change within the arts.

Recent producing credits include Rapunzel: A Hairy Tale (2025) and Macbeth (2026) for Tobacco Factory Theatres and Orpheus and Eurydice (2023) at Bristol Old Vic, which featured a community cast and creative team of over 150 people. Alongside these productions, Hattie has led a range of community theatre projects at Bristol Old Vic, including Oi Polloi for adults with experience of homelessness and Young SixSix, a dedicated space for young people from the Global Majority. Previous experience as General Manager at Paraorchestra has deepened Hattie's commitment to radical inclusion, a practice she now brings to her role as General Manager at Beyond Face.
