Unpack

Beyond Face’s Regional Voices programme offers a community to connect with whilst exploring theatre in an environment that prioritises wellbeing and care for one anothers opinions. We believe it’s important to have curated spaces that amplify the voices and feelings of those who have been historically marginalised and who may share a similar lived experience.

The Beyond Face team and guest practitioners will share with participants the chance to learn more about the company, the work we make and delve deeper into understanding what goes on behind the scenes to what is involved in making theatre.

Following some sessions there will be an opportunity to watch a theatre show which reflects the session’s topic. After the performance there will be space to Unpack and discuss our reflections on the performance.

By demystifying theatre, Unpack aims to make seeing, making and working in theatre accessible for everyone.
